How long does the launch take?
Usually one business day: installing the platform, connecting the domain and bot, setting up the first directions. If you need help, we install it ourselves.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Everything is managed from the admin panel: rates, markups, reserves, limits and site texts. Server access is only needed during installation.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. The licence is bought once and is perpetual. The price includes 12 months of priority support and updates.
Who owns the wallets and keys?
You do. The platform runs on your server and domain; exchange API keys and wallets stay under your control — we have no access to the funds.
Can the site design be changed?
Yes. Logo, colours, texts and blocks are edited from the panel. For deeper customisation we hand over the Vue 3 frontend sources.
Do you help with a crypto licence?
Yes, we support registration in six jurisdictions and prepare documents for MiCA, GDPR and PCI DSS audits. The cost is calculated per country.
