This Agreement defines the terms of use of the http://cryptoexchanger.by/ website (hereinafter — the "Website") and is binding on all users of the Website.

The rightholder and administrator of the Website is WEB SOLUTIONS LLC «ՎԵԲ ՍՈԼՅՈՒՇՆՍ», registered address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Arabkir, Adonts St. 14/1, 11/1 (hereinafter — the "Administration").

By using the Website in any manner, the User confirms their acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Website provides information about the software (crypto exchanger scripts), the licensing terms and the plans, as well as the ability to place orders and obtain related services.

1.2. This Agreement is not a software licence agreement. The licensing terms are governed by a separate public offer agreement / licence agreement.

1.3. The Administration is entitled to amend the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

2.1. Registration may be required in order to use certain features of the Website.

2.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their account credentials confidential.

2.3. The User is responsible for all actions performed under their account.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

The User is prohibited from:

3.1. Using the Website in breach of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and/or applicable law.

3.2. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems of the Website.

3.3. Distributing malicious software or carrying out attacks on the infrastructure of the Website.

3.4. Copying, distributing or publishing the materials of the Website without the consent of the Administration (except in cases expressly permitted by law).

3.5. Passing off the Administration's software products as their own development.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION

4.1. The Administration is entitled to suspend the operation of the Website for technical maintenance.

4.2. The Administration is entitled to restrict or block the User's access in the event of a breach of the terms of the Agreement.

4.3. The Administration is not obliged to ensure round-the-clock and uninterrupted operation of the Website.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All elements of the Website (texts, design, logos, program code, structure) are objects of intellectual property of the Administration or its partners.

5.2. Any use of the materials of the Website without the written consent of the rightholder is prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The information on the Website is provided for information purposes and may change without notice.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• interruptions in the operation of the Website;
• any damage arising as a result of the use of, or the inability to use, the Website;
• the actions of third parties;
• the correctness and stability of the operation of third-party services and APIs.

6.3. The Website does not provide financial, investment or legal advice.

7. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES

7.1. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not liable for their content or their privacy policies.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

8.2. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

9.2. All disputes are subject to consideration by the court at the place of registration of the Administration.
